Captain Peter Boyle Peter Boyle

  • Master Mariner
  • MA in Maritime Policy
  • Lead Assessor & ISM Auditor
  • Previous experience includes 20 years in command, cargo surveying, P&I Club inspector and former President of the Nautical Institute.


 

Captain Darryl Braganza Darryl Breganza

  • Master Mariner
  • Loss Assessor
  • Lead Auditor
  • Previous experience includes command of cargo ships and tankers, superintendent (operations and personnel) in ship management companies and director of QHSE & training for a large marine terminal operator.


Commodore David Brown David Brown

  • Master Mariner
  • Younger Brother of Trinity House
  • Lead Assessor & Auditor
  • Previous experience includes 7 years in command of cruise ships, Senior Vice President for Maritime Compliance in a prestigious cruise company, member of a Class Society Advisory Committee an member of the CLIA Technical, Safety & Environmental Committees.

 

Andrew Collier Andy Collier

  • Former commissioned officer in the Royal Navy
  • As a warfare and intelligence specialist he carried out a variety of assignments both at sea and in shore HQs for some 27 years. He has had recent and extensive experience within the UK MoD Central Staff and has carried out security, risk and business continuity strategies for merchant shipping, cruise vessels and super yachts.

    Captain Jon Gray  Jon Gray

    • Master Mariner
    • Practicing Auditor
    • Previous experience includes sailing on various vessel types, working with Class during preparations for the ISM Code, training in the ISM and ISPS Codes, practical experience as DPA and CSO, insurance surveying, working for a Flag Administration as auditor and casualty investigator and acting as an expert witness.


 

Captain Ivor Law Ivor Law

  • Master Mariner
  • MSc in Maritime Safety Administration
  • Approved Liberian Flag State Inspector
  • Previous experience includes sailing on a variety of dry cargo ships and carrying out marine survey work for P&I Clubs in various countries.

Captain Michael Quain Mike Quain

  • Master Mariner
  • Lead Auditor
  • Accredited OCIMF Vetting Inspector
  • Previous experience includes 11 years as Master, mainly on chemical tankers and has worked in tanker chartering operations as well as in ship management as a Marine, Safety & Quality Manager.


David Rodger MBE David Roger

  • Master Mariner
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics
  • Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Shipbrokers
  • Awarded an MBE for services to shipping
  • He has held senior Board level positions based in UK and in Hong Kong in ship owning and operating, ship management and agency companies.

Arne Sagen Arne Sagen

  • Marine and Graduate Engineer
  • Lead Auditor (Class Society Auditor)
  • ALCM Degree in Loss Control Management (USA)
  • As well as having served as a seagoing engineer, he has also worked as a Chief Technical Superintendent, a Chief Research Engineer, Principal Surveyor for a Classification Society, IACS Quality Assessor and Port State Inspector Instructor for various Administrations.


Captain Vesna Stankovic Vesna Stankovic

  • Master Mariner
  • MA Degrees in Traffic and Transportation
  • BSc in Naval Traffic
  • Has sailed on a variety of ships including product tankers and has previous experience with working in a Harbour Master’s office. She is trained in auditing as well as risk management and incident investigation.


Paul Traub Paul Traub

  • Human Factor Expert
  • Fellow of the UK Ergonomics Society & a Registered European Ergonomist
  • Has extensive experience in working in safety risk management, human factors assurance and design and has been involved in many human factors risk and design projects. He also has had many papers published and has provided guidance on alarm design for marine power plants.
